  Umiam Lake Stop (Important)
  Large scenic lake before Shillong. Short stop recommended. Photos. Fresh air.

  Arrival at Shillong
  Check-in at hotel.

  Evening: Local Exploration
  Options: Police Bazaar, Cafe, Short walk Shillong feels different from other hill stations. More urban. Still calm.

  Shillong Peak (Optional)
  Viewpoint of city. Weather dependent.

  Drive to Cherrapunjee
  Road is beautiful. Clouds move across roads. Visibility changes quickly.

  Nohkalikai Falls
  One of the tallest waterfalls in India. Viewpoint gives clear view if weather permits.

  Mawsmai Cave
  Short cave exploration. Easy for beginners.

  Arrival at Cherrapunjee
  Check-in at hotel.

  Evening: Quiet Time
  Less crowded than Shillong. Relax.

  Day 3: Cherrapunjee Exploration

  Dawki and Mawlynnong (Optional Extension)

  • Dawki River (clear water)

  Long day if included.

  Return to Hotel
