How AU Cloud Tours Started
AU Cloud was not started with a business plan. It started with frustration. Before AU Cloud Tours, travel planning for mountains often felt messy. Packages looked attractive online, but reality was different. Hotels did not match expectations. Drivers lacked coordination. And once payment was done, support became slow. Sound familiar? That gap is where AU Cloud Tours was born. Founded in 2019 by Mr. Santosh Prasad and Mr. Pintu Oraon in Siliguri, the idea was simple: build a travel company in Siliguri that actually takes responsibility for the entire journey. We started small. Handling local routes. Understanding permits. Building hotel relationships. Learning how real travel works, not just how it looks on websites. Then something interesting happened.
